Dennis Preston is a consultant and executive coach with over 25 years commercial experience in the financial services, recruitment, retail and public sectors.

Dennis' career started in the City of London initially working for the Stock Exchange during the revolutionary period of deregulation, and he saw first hand the effects of change at organisational level and on people themselves. Dennis' career then took him into Investment Banking and he became a Director of Kleinwort Benson Ltd and was involved with designing and delivering executive development programmes in the UK, Japan, Hong Kong and the USA.

Jeff Ross is an Independent Prince II project manager and consultant supporting clients managing the development and introduction of IT systems to meet business and administrative needs. His fields of expertise include e-Assessment, e-learning and the use of IT and internet technologies in the education, training and human development fields.

Previously he was a senior manager with a major awarding body, where he was responsible for change management programmes associated with the introduction of ICT solutions to the delivery of education services and qualifications.
